Lewis-Clark Supporting LIVESTRONG is an army of volunteers working to inspire citizens of our Valley to join the fight against cancer and support the Valley survivors and their families.

LIVESTRONG serves people affected by cancer and empowers communities to take action. We provide free, one-on-one, confidential consultation for cancer survivors on the host of challenges that accompany a diagnosis, including insurance questions, treatment options, clinical trials, fertility issues, legal and career concerns and emotional support. We advocate for policy measures and funding to combat cancer on a local, state, national and global level.

We need bags of batting and yards of fleece material for our project providing neck pillows to chemotherapy patients at the SJRMC Cancer Center.

Begun by local cancer support group member Rosemary Duthie, this project has been taken on by the Orchards Nazarene Curch Sewing Group.

Any colors, yardage or number of bags would be gratefully appreciated. (Or Joann's gift cards if you would rather we did the shopping!)
